01Who we are

Atlas Pro Consulting LLC is a Florida limited liability company based in Tampa, Florida ("Atlas Pro", "we", "us"). We operate:

• The atlasproconsulting.com website;
• Marketing and consulting agency services; and
• Atlas Command, our AI-powered business software, available as apps on third-party platforms (including the Wix App Market, WordPress.org, the HubSpot App Marketplace, and the Shopify App Store) and directly to clients.

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website, our agency services, and Atlas Command. We have tried to keep it in plain English.

02What we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, company name, and billing details when you sign up, install one of our apps, or hire us.
• Business data you connect. When you connect Atlas Command to your platform, we access the business data you authorize, such as contacts, orders, products, and reviews, so the software can do its job.
• Usage data. Basic information about how you use our website and software, such as pages viewed, features used, and device and browser type. We use this to keep things working and improve the product.
• Communications. Emails and messages you send us, so we can respond and keep a record of support history.

03Atlas Command and your platform data

Atlas Command connects to third-party platforms such as Wix, WordPress, HubSpot, and Shopify only with your authorization, using each platform's official connection process (for example, OAuth). We access only the data needed to provide the features you use, and only for as long as your connection remains active.

You can disconnect a platform or uninstall the app at any time, which revokes our access.

04AI processing and your API keys

Atlas Command includes AI-powered features. In many cases you may supply your own API key for a third-party AI provider of your choice (for example, an AI model provider you already have an account with). When you do:

• Content processed by AI features is sent to your chosen AI provider and handled under that provider's terms and privacy policy, not ours. Please review your provider's policies.
• Your API keys and platform credentials are stored encrypted. We use them only to provide the service to you.
• We never sell your credentials, your keys, or your data.

05How we use your data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the website, our services, and Atlas Command;
• To process payments and manage subscriptions;
• To respond to support requests and send service-related messages;
• To keep our systems secure and prevent abuse; and
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business data to train AI models.

06When we share data

We share data only with service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve our software;
• Payments: Stripe, and the billing systems of the platform you installed our app from (for example, Wix or Shopify billing);
• Email providers used to send service and support messages;
• Text messaging: Twilio, which delivers the SMS messages you have agreed to receive.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We never sell your data to third parties.

07Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption of stored credentials and API keys, access controls, and secure connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.

08Data retention and deletion

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@atlasproconsulting.com, and we will honor the request within a reasonable time, subject to the same legal exceptions.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate data;
• Delete your data;
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format; and
• Object to or limit certain processing.

These rights reflect the EU GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, where they apply. To exercise any of them, email info@atlasproconsulting.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10Cookies

Our website uses a minimal set of cookies: those needed for the site to function, and basic analytics to understand overall traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

11Children

Our website, services, and software are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Text messaging (SMS)

When you call or text our business line, (813) 499-9836, or check the SMS consent box when you book a call or fill out a form on our website, we collect your mobile number and the content of the messages you exchange with us. We use this information only to reply to you, confirm and remind you about appointments, and follow up on your request.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See the SMS Terms for details.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
