Install the app from your platform's marketplace (the Wix App Market, WordPress.org, the HubSpot App Marketplace, or the Shopify App Store) and follow the authorization prompt. Atlas Command connects only with your permission, using the platform's official connection process, and only accesses the data needed for the features you use.

If a connection fails or drops, try reconnecting from the app's settings, then email us if it persists.

Yes. In Atlas Command's settings you can add an API key from your preferred AI provider. Your key is stored encrypted and used only to power the AI features in your account. Content processed by those features goes to your chosen provider under that provider's terms, and any usage charges from the provider are billed to you by them.

It depends on where you subscribed. If you installed Atlas Command through Wix or Shopify, billing runs through that platform, so subscription changes, cancellations, and refund requests start there. For other installs and direct clients, we bill through Stripe. Agency projects are billed per your proposal or invoice.

Uninstalling the app revokes our access to your platform. We then delete the business data associated with that connection within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, billing, or security reasons. You can also email us at any time to request deletion of your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
